Meet Tiffany
The Heart Behind Elevated Health
Tiffany’s passion for healthcare began long before Elevated Health opened its doors. She spent seven years as a registered nurse before earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of South Florida in 2019. Since then, she has built extensive experience across multiple specialty care settings, caring for patients with a wide range of healthcare needs.
Throughout every stage of her career, one lesson remained the same—patients deserve more than rushed appointments and limited access to their provider. They deserve to be heard, respected, and treated with compassion.
That belief became the foundation for

By intentionally limiting the number of patients in the practice, Tiffany is able to provide greater accessibility, longer visits, and personalized care tailored to each individual’s health goals. Instead of simply treating illness, she partners with patients to focus on prevention, education, and long-term wellness.

Outside of medicine, Tiffany and her husband, Jason, are the proud parents of three children who are the lights of their life. The compassion, patience, and dedication Tiffany brings to motherhood are reflected in the care she provides her patients every day.
She believes that exceptional healthcare begins with genuine relationships. By taking the time to understand each patient’s goals, concerns, and lifestyle, she creates an environment where patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their healthcare journey.
A Team You Can Trust
Because high quality healthcare requires a well-rounded care team, Elevated Health’s clinic is also home away from home to Britt, our registered nurse, and Lauryn, our patient experience coordinator.
Britt’s daily initiative is to assure that Elevated Health patients are treated safely, effectively, and lovingly. Together with her husband, Jordan, she practices her nurturing skills at home as they raise their two precious sons.
Lauryn is typically the first face to greet you and the first voice you’ll hear when visiting or calling the clinic. She helps to assure your time is well-managed and that your comfort during appointments is a top priority.
